Office of Integrity & Compliance

Dartmouth College is committed to an environment where all Dartmouth community members are encouraged to report any suspected violations of law or Dartmouth policy without fear of retaliation. The Dartmouth Integrity Helpline, managed by the Office of Integrity & Compliance, is a place where individuals may report concerns anonymously.

Please review this FAQ document that provides additional information on this process.

Office of Labor Relations

The Office of Labor Relations (OLR) oversees labor relations for Dartmouth, including collective bargaining negotiations, contract administration, grievance and arbitration processes, and labor management education for both unionized and non-unionized employees and leadership. In addition, the office provides guidance on employment policies and workplace issues and collaborates with the Office of General Counsel on employment-related legal matters.

Sexual Violence Prevention Project (SVPP)

The Sexual Violence Prevention Project (SVPP) is a four-year sexual violence prevention curriculum required for all undergraduate students and is centered around four outcomes intended to reduce harmful student behavior and inspire positive cultural change in the Dartmouth community:

  1. Developing positive relationships and sexual behavior;
  2. Using power in positive ways to foster equity and belonging;
  3. Checking in and stepping in through bystander intervention across the spectrum of harm; and
  4. Utilizing resources, if needed, and support those who have been impacted by sexual violence (e.g. sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and harassment).

Student Wellness Center

The Student Wellness Center is committed to promoting both personal and community-wide well-being by creating opportunities for reflection, connection, intentionality, and purposeful action. Through their actions, they strive toward a Dartmouth community that's free from violence, prejudice, and harmful behaviors and that supports and empowers individuals to live the lives they want to be living.
