Omega Psi Phi: Found responsible for engaging in activity occurring between the winter and fall terms of 2024 which violated Dartmouth's policies, including the Hazing policy. The organization has been suspended for three years and is not eligible to resume operations at Dartmouth until winter term 2028.

Chi Delta: Admitted responsibility for activity occurring in the fall terms of 2016, 2017, and 2018 that violated Dartmouth's Hazing and Alcohol policies. The organization is required to engage with Greek Life and their local leadership to implement educational initiatives. The activity came to the attention of the College through an article published by a student newspaper and was investigated by an external investigator hired to review the activity reported in the article.

Kappa Kappa Kappa: Admitted responsibility for activity occurring in the summer term 2018 that violated Dartmouth's Hazing and Alcohol policies. The organization received a deferred suspension. Additionally, the organization is required to participate in the BASICS (Brief Alcohol Screening & Intervention for College Students) program and engage with Greek Life and their local leadership to implement educational initiatives, particularly the use of organization Black Books in membership activities. The activity came to the attention of the College through a follow-up conversation with the writers of an article published by a student newspaper and was investigated by an external investigator hired to review reported activity.

Women's Track and Field Team: Admitted responsibility for activity occurring in the fall term 2018 that violated Dartmouth's Hazing and Alcohol policies, including the hard alcohol policy. The organization was prohibited from engaging in any social activities for one term. Additionally, the organization is required to participate in the BASICS (Brief Alcohol Screening & Intervention for College Students) program and engage with the Athletics Office to implement educational initiatives. The activity came to the attention of the College through a Department of Safety and Security report.

The activity came to the attention of the College through an article published by a student newspaper and was investigated by an external investigator hired to review the activity reported in the article.

Kappa Kappa Kappa: Admitted responsibility for activity occurring in Fall 2017 that violated Dartmouth's Hazing and Alcohol policies. The organization was also found responsible for violating Dartmouth's Other Drug policy. The organization was suspended for three terms, to be followed by four terms of alcohol probation, and then two terms of college probation. The activity came to the attention of the College through a Department of Safety and Security investigation. Note: The organization entered into a "Fresh Start" agreement in 2014.

The Women's Swimming and Diving Team: Admitted responsibility for activity occurring in Winter 2016 that violated Dartmouth's Hazing policy.  The organization was placed on probation for four terms and required to implement a four-year team education and development plan.  The activity came to the attention of the College through the report of a member; Hanover Police Department was notified.

The Tabard: Admitted responsibility for activity occurring in Spring 2014 that violated Dartmouth's Hazing policy.  The organization was suspended for three terms.  The activity came to the attention of the College through the report of a member and was also investigated by the Hanover Police Department. Note:  The organization was also found responsible for hazing by the OAC in 2011.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon: Charter was revoked by their national organization.  The fraternity subsequently lost recognition by the College, but may request permission to recolonize in five years as an SAE chapter.  As the chapter is closed, an OAC case did not proceed, but the College's investigation supported charges of hazing and other violations of Dartmouth's Code of Conduct.  The Fall 2015 activity came to the attention of the College through an anonymous report made by an SAE brother at another institution directly to their National HQ.  The local chapter was notified as was Dartmouth.  The report was also investigated by the Hanover Police Department. Note:  In 2012, Sigma Alpha Epsilon had previously been found responsible for hazing by the Organizational Adjudication Committee for similar activities.

Chi Delta and Kappa Kappa Gamma: The Department of Safety & Security responded to reports of possible hazing activity presumably made by members of these organizations. The information reported was limited and further investigation did not yield sufficient information to support conduct charges.  Both organizations will be engaged with the Greek Letter Organizations and Societies Office to review their new member programs.

Beta Alpha Omega: finalized a "Fresh Start" agreement with the Dean of the College.  The organization admitted to conduct that violated the College's hazing policy and other chapter activity that caused physical injury to members over a period of time.  The activity came to the attention of the College through publication of internal chapter documents on social media.

Alpha Phi Alpha: Found responsible for hazing by the Organizational Adjudication Committee.  They received three terms of College Probation and were not permitted to recruit new members for at least one calendar year with extensive requirements for chapter redevelopment.  The activity came to the attention of the College through the report of a brother.
