Sexual Misconduct Survey

The EOATIX office conducts the Sexual Misconduct Survey on a routine basis in an effort to learn about the experiences of harm and assess the current level of knowledge of students, staff, and faculty on campus. These surveys are now mandated by RSA 188-H, which requires that institutions of higher education in New Hampshire conduct biennial Sexual Misconduct Climate Surveys. Prior to the implementation of RSA 188-H, Dartmouth also conducted its own annual surveys.

The office will announce when a new survey is being conducted and invite the campus community to participate. Your participation in the survey is vital to our success and ensures we have a full picture of the campus environment, even if you have not experienced sexual or gender-based harassment, sexual assault, domestic or dating violence, or stalking.

Members of the Dartmouth community and the public can access past survey data by visiting the Office of Institutional Research's webpage.
