The Office of Equal Opportunity, Accessibility, and Title IX (EOATIX) receives reports related to Title IX, Equal Opportunity, Achieving Community Together (ACT), and hazing. When it comes to filing a report, Dartmouth community members have a range of options, including both confidential and non-confidential reporting options.

File a Title IX Report
File a formal complaint related to sexual assault or violence, dating or domestic violence, stalking, or sex or gender discrimination. Formal complaints may also be made to an EOATIX staff member in-person or via phone or Zoom. Filing a formal complaint begins the formal/informal resolution process. To discuss concerns or options or ask questions, please use the option below instead.

Report a Title IX Concern
Report a concern, ask questions, or reach out to us for resources here. Other options for reporting Title IX concerns include the Dartmouth Integrity Helpline (888-497-0516), the WISE Crisis Line (866-348-9473), and Responsible Employees (faculty, coaches, residential life staff, etc.). File a report regarding instances of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation that potentially violated Dartmouth's Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy. Reports can also be made to an EOATIX staff member in-person or via email or Zoom.
