Affirmative Action Plan
The Equal Opportunity, Accessibility, and Title IX Office (EOATIX) manages Dartmouth College's annual Affirmative Action Plan (AAP). Dartmouth has specific legal obligations as a recipient of federal financial assistance and as a federal contractor. These obligations include the development and implementation of a plan to undertake appropriate forms of affirmative action to employ women, people of color, people with disabilities, and protected veterans.
Compiling the AAP
Compiling the AAP is cross-collaborative approach with campus partners, like, the Office of Integrity & Compliance, Human Resources, and Office of Institutional Research.
The Director of Equal Opportunity coordinates the compilation of the AAP to ensure that good-faith efforts are undertaken to diversify the workforce and meet annual affirmative action goals.
A copy of the AAP can be made available upon request by contacting EOATIX.
