Biography

Natasha Doorn, J.D. serves as the Director of Investigative Services in the Office of Equal Opportunity, Accessibility, and Title IX (EOATIX) at Dartmouth College. In this role, she oversees investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and retaliation while leading the development of a comprehensive internal investigations framework to enhance efficiency in institutional responses.

Before joining Dartmouth, Natasha served as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Civil Rights Investigator at the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus, where she led formal investigations, engaged in risk assessments, and coordinated safety measures. Prior to that, she worked as an Employee Relations/Workplace Investigator at The AR Group LLC, conducting EEO compliance and misconduct investigations for federal agencies. Natasha has also held investigative roles at the University of Colorado Boulder and the U.S. Center for SafeSport, where she developed policies and facilitated early resolutions of sexual misconduct cases.

Natasha earned her Juris Doctor from Western New England Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-Law from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She holds multiple certifications in civil rights investigations, mediation, and trauma-informed interviewing.
