Nora Fitzgerald

Biography

Nora Fitzgerald (she/her) serves as the Intake and Resolutions Manager in the Office of Equal Opportunity, Accessibility, and Title IX (EOATIX) at Dartmouth College. In this role, Nora is responsible for conducting intake processes, facilitating supportive measures, and managing cases as they move through the resolution process for Dartmouth community members impacted by sexual misconduct, bias, or discrimination.

Before joining Dartmouth, Nora served as the Equity Specialist in the Civil Rights and Equity Office at the University of New Hampshire. In this role, Nora supported students, faculty, and staff impacted by sexual misconduct, bias, or discrimination, and facilitated trainings related to Title IX and nondiscrimination initiatives to a wide range of campus audiences. Prior to UNH, Nora worked and studied at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she served as an Intergroup Dialogue Facilitator within the College of Education and supported the Education and Development team in the Office of Equity and Inclusion.

Nora earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Springfield College and holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Social Justice Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Nora also currently serves as the Programming Committee Chair on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Women in Higher Education organization.
